so i was on my phone trying to execpt a friend request on facebook and it wouldnt let me so as i was cutting my phone off it started spazzing out and i dont know why

my phone is spazzing and wouldnt let me click on any apps

First thing to try is go into your phone's Settings >> Apps menu, open the Facebook app, and do a 'Clear cache'. And since your phone is 'spazzing' out, just restart it and see if the problem was just a one-time thing.
If it is still a problem, try restarting your phone into its Safe Mode. If it's running normally while in Safe Mode that's an indicator some app you've installed is causing a problem. Then it becomes an issue of figuring out just which one, but that's at least a start.
