hello my phone is stuck on the start screen i cant turn it off its stuck on the blue screen i cant press any buttons i have tried taking the battery out the dosent work can someone help please

Have you tried running your device in recovery mode. Without knowing your specific phone model, I cannot tell you exactly how to get there. Typically it's by turning off the device, press and hold the power button AND the volume up button at the same time until it boots up. This will get you into recovery mode. From there, run a factory reset. See if that helps. If that doesn't get you into recovery mode, please post your question again with your specific device information.
