My phone keeps freezing

Help my phone freezes and a error message pops up saying "unfor. the ____has stopped working".

Try clearing data and then uninstall/reinstall the offending app. If something was corrupted, that should resolve it. Also note that if this is a sideloaded app, not all apps are compatible with all devices; it's a risk you take when sideloading.
