my phone keeps turning off after turning on

my phone keeps turning off after turning on. Before it turned off at 60%, and since then the battery percentage when the phone was due to turn off kept rising. Now, it is at 100% when it turns off, which means it turns off around 10 seconds after the homescreen opens up. You already know that the U007 Pro has an unremovable battery, so I can't do any methods that require removing the battery. Any ideas to help?

Hello there!
Pretty sure this either sounds like a battery issue, or some hardware related issue.

Have you downloaded any apps lately and then this issue arose?

I haven't searched yet, but is there a way to boot into recovery mode to clear the cache only, then reboot?

Otherwise, perhaps either try a factory reset, (after saving any pix/music/data you need if possible), or reflash the rom:

How long have you had the device?

If you can source a replacement battery.. it should be possible to replace it.

(or if you're not confident in your ability to do it, a repair shop should be able to do it for you)

This being a lower-end, '1GB RAM/8GB storage' model having a service shop replace the battery could involve costs that might be better used to buy a new phone. Even if you buy a battery and replace it yourself, compare prices and think about how much money you want to invest in this phone to keep it running, or just upgrade to something newer.

A stopgap option is to buy an external battery, there are some that even with a decent capacity are quite small. Having to always keep your phone plugged into it does hamper the portability aspect but at least with an external battery you can then continue using it with your next phone as a supplemental, away-from-home charger.

Its not mine. Its my sisters old phone that has the battery issue. I tried Battery Doctor, that lasted me up to 97% once then turned off. And my sister had it for 1 year. And also, it might be too risky to clear the cache, as I have used it for a while now and all my apps are on it, I don't want any data loss to happen.

Im not confident to do so and I cant go to any shops either. There are none locally and the replacement batteries cost around £25 to £50 which is very expensive for me.

I do have one but its not mine, and I cant get one either because i'm not allowed. I cant even use it because I don't know where it is.
