I am sorry I am a mobile or techno novice.
I have a Shaheen-Q, non-camera smart phone. Android 5.1
These are used in UAE oil & gas facilities were cameras are strictly prohibited.
Recently my mobile got infected.
As soon as I put my WiFi on I loose control. Apps download on their own even when unknown sources are ticked off. WiFi get on automatically even if I deselect Direct WiFi. Play store does not work. Download of anti-virus apps get blocked. I see a very long list of "running apps" I never had earlier. Cannot uninstall apps as they are greyed out.
I tried with factory reset 5-6 times but things have become worse. Please help
