my phone 's icons, etc. jiggling, bouncing doing whatever they want

my Droid bionic was fine until about 3 days after my hiusband replaced the screen. then suddenly, for no apparent reason. I got a Red border upon sign in, and my screen is jiggling terribly. i can barely use the phone

I really think I would take it into the shop for servicing. Clearly something went wrong when installing the new screen. Try going to the carrier. They usually have parts and someone to install them. At least that has been my experience.
