my phone stay awake !!

in my new Doogee BL5000 I have a problem that the phone sometimes say awake (screen does not turn off) and stay that way until I do a restart then it work normal for few days then it do it again. any solution ?

Assuming you've already gone into your Settings >> Display menu and checked on whatever you previously set the time for the 'Sleep' option, have you also looked into the Settings >> Battery menu? Is there an app listed there that appears to be out of sorts? Sounds like some app is periodically just running in the background and preventing your screen from going to sleep properly. Have you gone through its 'Battery optimization' listing to see which apps aren't being optimized?

Hmmm, check in your Settings >> Data Usage (both for Cellular and for Wi-Fi). Maybe the culprit is some app trying to auto-update itself (like a weather app checking for current stats for instance). Some of them have their own settings options to change the interval between updates, or you might be able to just disable the app's 'Background data' option.

Do you have any third-party wallpaper or screen saver installed? Just trying to think of different things that might prevent a display from sleeping if some setting became corrupted.

There's an app called "rotation manager"..one of its features is that you can give each app a duration timing(settings app, home, etc included), this more likely would work out for you..
