My phone suddenly became SO fast.

I've installed Nova Launcher on my Lenovo P2 (android Nougat) 3 days ago, my phone was normal, ram usage was normal and the performance was... normal.

Now when I try to clean my ram it says 10-30MBs cleaned and 3.5GBs available, which is RIDICULOUS. It's almost like my apps aren't consuming ram anymore. Normally my ram usage is 250-700MBs, and that's what the task manager normally said after cleaning my ram each time I close active apps.

It's making me confused, why are the apps not using as much ram anymore? How can I possibly go from using 250-700MBs to using ONLY 10-30MBs? It's crazy, right?

Also the phone feels super fast and sleek, apps launch in 0.3 or less seconds and there's no noticable lag at ALL. Also my Wi-Fi never allowed me to watch 720p videos but now I can watch them without buffering?

What is happening? What am I missing? Why is my phone suddenly so fast and doesn't consume any RAM? I want to know what happened so I can repeat the process on other phones.

My phone isn't rooted, so it can't be due to overclocking. And I believe it's not due to Nova launcher because I had it installed for a few days and everything was normal, the phone has only gotten so fast today.

Please explain what happened, thanks.

Edit: here's a screenshot after cleaning my RAM. I was running Google Chrome and Facebook app at the same time.

Edit: the phone temperature is 15-20 Celsius. I don't know if what's happening is causing my phone to burn out or go beyond its limits. I hope someone explains.

Any ram booster is useless, Android manages fine on its own.
As far as buffering did your ISP upgrade your internet speed?

Nope, my internet plan is still the same (which is 1 mega bits/sec). I normally watch 460p videos without buffers but I couldn't watch 720p on YouTube without lagging every few seconds. I think what speeded up my phone is the same thing that diagnosed my Wi-Fi, I guess? I'm afraid that I've accidentally over clocked my phone or did something similar..
