Help My phone suddenly play sound without notif or app active

I nearly jumped out of my chair when out of nowhere, my phone suddenly play rock music sound. I checked active app and nothing can be forced to stop. No notification incoming either. Nothing I have done can stop the sound except restarting the device.

Any idea where this weird sound pops up?
