my phone wont let me send

Send what? messages, bluetooth, emails, sms mms the list goes on and on, I think you should turn on airplane mode for a half hour then try resending. This is my general answer to data issues. Please let us know if this works for you

Hello and welcome!

Dee asked you a few pertinent questions. Another would be: what phone? ;)

If it's one of the many Androids that have access to the SIM card, try shutting down the device (turn it off), then removing the SIM card for a minute or so, then put it back in, power up and try sending whatever it is you want to send (as Dee queries you ;)).

We're here to help. We do often need some information that can aid is in providing help, though. :)
