my phone wont turn back on

got a experia z which was workin fine ,sent a text message last night and the phone switched off and i cannot get it to restart, tryed a hard reset but still no luck. any ideals?

Is it powering on at all? or it is not doing anything?

If it isn't doing anything, try taking it to your carrier's local store and see if they will let you put a new battery in it long enough to try and power it up.
