Help My phone won't turn on!

kosmic

Newbie
I have rooted and flashed TuchMi v5.0. It was working fine for the past week. All of sudden this morning it won't turn on. I hold down the power button and the phone vibrates and the samsung logo flashes. But then nothing happens. Black screen. No buttons respond.

If I attempt to return it right now (I just bought it about 1.5 weeks ago), will my rooting/flashing cause the store to reject me? There's no way they'd know right? If the phone doesn't turn on at all I don't see how.

Crap... I can boot my phone to Download mode and it says binary count 2...

I can't get into CWM. Is there any way I can reset my phone?

I cannot boot into CWM. I can only boot into Download mode. I am trying to revert to a stock rom. This is my process/results.

1. Phone is unplugged. Boot into Download mode.
2. Start up Odin. Auto-reboot and F. Reset Time are checked.
3. Plug in phone.
4. Click PDA and open the .tar.md5 file for the stock rom
5. Hit Start.

The message box says this:

There's a big ol' red FAIL sign in Odin. Can someone please help? I've read multiple guides and I'm trying to get my phone working again.

The above results were with Odin v3.04. I just tried with Odin v1.85 and the result is the same but the message box has a couple of different messages. Maybe someone can interpret these for me.

Does not sound good. Maybe try over at XDA as they have more deveopers there who may be able to help you unbrick it.

There is also something called USB JIG, look it up.
