My phones are hacked?

If you think its been hacked, I would contact my carrier and report it. I would also check my bank and credit card activity. I would also factory reset my phone and change my passwords on all accounts

Most smartphone 'hacks' have a purpose other than just turning off someone's phone. They tend to actually accomplish some goal like add it as a bot for DDoS attacks, or do subversive data mining. Crafting some kind of hack to just turn off a phone would involve a lot of effort with no benefit. Odds are there's something wrong hardware or software-related.
-- So what phone model you do have?
-- Which version of Android is it running?
-- Has this problem been occurring for a while now or did it just start recently?

You have got to the most nieave person here, guess whos hacking you your phones are built for it. Google big time collector, just like AT&T. They own them all. Wake up.

My phone does not turn off by it self. Wrong thread?
My phone dropped to 3g from 4g and cut Me off for a second when I turned it on this morning and it started happening again! Also it clicked on something behind a window that should be blocking it! How is this

Also when I went back to this website this tab opened and I never opened it

The app it comes from

Also it opened one of the apps By it self when I was in the middle of another

Ran an antivirus scan on the device that clicks stuff by itself it found a system app and a self coded app (probably false positive)

Bitdefender detected same system app

You're using Clean Master? It could be that's what's doing the ads and browser tab pop-ups, and making it behave funky?

Cheetah Mobile Clean Master is notorious adware/spyware, strongly suggest you uninstall it.

Here's a problem: it's not even installed!

So it's really a notification ad for Clean Master?

However..."CR MTKcamera" What phone have you actually got there and is it rooted? Because apparently CR MTKcamera is installed by KingRoot or KingoRoot, along with a load of other crap(malware). You may have to re-flash the original firmware in your phone.

Ran malware bytes scan on the phone with the werid notifications and it said this

downloada039b032_enshots_2fblu_20screenshots_2f_Screenshot_2018_03_18_11_09_47.png

The first result is the werid app that sent the notification I already diaabled it its a a system app the other result I can't disable.

I tied to but it didn't work

It may not have completed succesfully, but it looks very much like it's done damage to the firmware and compromised its integrity. We have had posts about this before, with KingRoot, KingoRoot, Iroot, and other so called "one-click" Chinese root exploit things, damaging device firmware and installing malware/adware into system.

I don't want reflash because data will deleted I don't want it again!

Your data, photos, docs, videos, etc. you should be able to backup, and is always a good idea anyway to keep a backup, in case of accidents. Because I'm pretty certain you'll need to re-flash with the original manufacturer firmware, just to fix it and be sure it's clean. No other way I think.

So just the firmware boot files or the whole system files?
For what I flash

Basically the whole system firmware, i.e. the Android OS it's running. If you tell us what phone you've actually got there, make, model, Android version, carrier, etc we may be able to provide the relevant information, or at least point you in the right direction. :thumbsupdroid:

...bare in mind if you got something off-brand and/or obscure, that has no information and firmware available, you might be buying a new phone if the firmware is irreparably damaged.
