My pictures are faded out can't see them

Are they faded both on your phone and your PC? You can sync you photos to Dropbox, Google Drive, MS Onedrive or many other cloud services and set them to only sync using wifi to save your mobile data, if you don't have unlimited.

I'm not exactly sure what I'm looking at here. Is this a picture of your phone screen? Is it the actual photo file from your phone? What was it supposed to be a picture of?

Do you have your phone in a case? It looks out of focus, too. Either the auto focus mechanism isn't working or something is interfering with it. Has you phone ever taken decent photos?
