My prediction....New dimension in mobile access

So here it is, I'm calling it now.....I'm predicting that within the next year that we'll see a company (maybe google??) offering network service WITHOUT cellular contracts.
What I'm saying is that I think that Google's (Google Talk) program along with other VOIP programs will soon replace the need for cellular service. It seems that this is where Google is heading with their unlocked phones and their Google Voice project. Imagine being able buy network service for like $30/month with no cellular contract.....
Thoughts?

Why is there no cure for cancer? Why has the US not found Bin Laden? Why isn't there a viable alternative fuel to gasoline?..... Because, the people that have the power set the rules. That being said, I think you are right, but I don't see a major provider jumping on board any time soon.

Google Voice service w/ Full data + talk for $30 a month? Sign me up please.
I can already downgrade my texting and calling plans to the minimum and just use voice for calling and sms for FREE! Google should buy T mobile, switch to LTE asap, expand their coverage to that of Verizons and have plans in the 30-60 range. What other provider could compete?

I could compete. I have an exclusive on the two cans(del monte) and a string model.

Just make sure you download an app killer for those cans or your transmissions will start slowing down.... :)
