my ringer keeps getting turned off when settings aren't touched.

My Samsung Galacy 3 causes me to miss a lot of calls due to the ringer being turned off even though I haven't touched the settings. HOW DOES THIS HAPPEN?

is it possible you are pressing the physical volume buttons without knowing it?

Find your phone is THIS forum and you can ask other users of your device if they are having similar issues.
