I own a Motorola RAZR HD Iv had for going on almost 2 years now , Almost ready for my upgrade, But in till then I have to make this thing work, my phone is rooted, Last night my phone got stuck on the start up screen with the red pulsating android eye.I tried to wipe the cachee threw recovery mode but the phone would not let me ?? Everytime I powered it down I had to do so by holding down the power button and the volume down key at the same time, But within seconds of powering down it would automatically turn right back on and return to the same screen, I ended up falling asleep last night after researching this issue on the internet so I could try and fix it, needless to say I woke up this morning and the battery is now dead. I realize what needs to be done at this point , I had nothing backing up my apps or anything I just have the standard Verizon cloud with my contacts ,music ,photos ext...that are backed up. My question is what's the easiest way to set my phone back to factory with a now dead battery and my screen being locked or frozen whatever that's called ? I'm not real good with phones or computers ,I had a friend root my phone for me when I had it done, But I do own a Desktop and I do know how to use it I'm just looking for a way to regain the use of my phone again with as little complications as possible.Can someone please help me with this ?
