My s3 is slow

Hi aam using s3 for like 3 monthes now i updated it by pc one week ago my prevois version was 4.0.4 and after i updated it it became 4,1,1 but the phone is a bit slow like when i tyepe fast it stack and when some one calls me i see a number and after seconds the contct show and i have games and hair a bir slow so please help me am using easy battery saver and torrent . thanks

from what i have read up you need to do a factory reset after updating from ICS to JB.

hi thanks for replying but if i did it it would erase every thing so what do i do to keep them ??

what all do u need to keep? u can backup contacts via google sync and pics/videos via dropbox as a last resort if there is anything else u need to backup try doing it via samsung kies.
