My S6 just stop charging randomly

My Galaxy S6 seems to just stop charging randomly. I'm using the charger and cord that came with the phone, but it will charge normally up to like 80% or so and then just stop. It still shows it's charging but the % doesn't go up. It eventually starts to go down. I've tried everythin I can think of; disabling apps, uninstalling apps, resetting different battery settings. After a ton of trial and error the only thing that fixes it is if I do the following IN THIS EXACT ORDER.

-unplug from the phone AND the wall
-turn the phone off
-leave it off for at least 45 seconds
-turn it back on.
-Wait.
-plug everything back in.

It's getting really annoying. It seems to do with other chargers as well, not just the one that came with it. Is this just me or is this a known issue?

Unfortunately, by simple elimination, it's your phone. Definitely not a common occurrence. In fact it's the first instance I have seen/heard/read of.

Yeah, I was seeing if this was a known issue, or a problem other's had. sorry if I did not make that clear.

Good point. I did try that and it did not seem to work. I tried ordering another of the Adaptive Fast Chargers on the off chance it might be ok. The other charge cords I tried were not officially Samsung so those tend to me unreliable anyway. We'll give it a go. If it doesn't work it's not the end of the world. Just a minor annoyance.
