My s8 has a virus and ebay account got hacked

The obvious question: do you trust the pop-up telling you that your phone has been infected? A very common scam is adverts that pop-up pretending to be malware warnings, usually suggesting you download something to fix it (a clue: don't!).

Have you tried just clearing you browser's caches?

I have been on unsafe sites before. And my ebay got hacked which I use on my phone.

Then the big question that remains is how are you determining your ebay account has been hacked via your phone, and not through some online ebay server issue or (the most likely target as it's the most vulnerable) during some online transaction between ebay and a seller?

have you tried backing up your pics music docs and whatever, then factory resetting the phone?
thats one of my go-to's to clear unwanted stuff from my devices.
A

Note for the unaware, a Factory Reset should be considered a 'last resort' kind of measure, something to try when other, less destructive efforts don't solve a problem. Even if you have fully backed up all your data and settings info, and have all your online services user name/passwords safely documented, when doing a Factory Reset there's always going to be a lot time and effort involved to do a full restore. Again, be sure you have everything backed up.

I couldn't log in or change password because the hacker changed my email. I also contacted eBay and they confirmed this.

How should I back them up. I want to factory reset but I wanna make all my pictures, music, and most importantly apps are backup. I play games on my phone and I want my save data.

This is what I see
