Help My samsung galaxy player will not read my external sd card. How do I fix it?

An error message comes up that says that. I formatted it twice. After I format it, it recognized my sd card. But when I add my songs to it again it then has the same error message. I also removed it and re-inserted it a few times. Everything is backed up to my computer. I have also tried turning it off and on multiple times.

Connect the card to the computer. (Put it into the full size SD adapter that came with it and use a USB SD reader if you don't have an SD slot on your computer or printer.) If another device can't read it also, the card may have reached the end of its life.

It only happens when I use the autosync function on MediaMonkey. Meaning if I just drag and drop the songs onto my player in MediaMonkey it does not happen.
