My Samsung galaxy s4 stopped showing the 4g and I can't send or receive pics via text

Can anyone please tell me why? My mobile network status says disconnected. It started this couple days ago. And my mobile data is checked. I dunno what else to do
 
Contacting at&t would be your best bet, it might be your sim card, network or your phone

You haven't changed the APN settings have you? is there anything you've installed lately like signal booster app or something like that?
