My Samsung Galaxy S7 won't load http websites on any browser.

It loads https websites fine but not http ones: it gives an error message 'net::ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED'. It doesn't seem to matter whether I am using wifi or 4G.

Edit: for anyone else having this issue, a soft reset appears to have fixed it (hold the power button and volume down button simultaneously for 10 seconds).
