There's several things that could be causing the problem. Since I cannot ask you more about your device I will offer this. Pull the battery and leave it out for at least a minute or two. That will allow time to clear the memory. Put the battery back in and try it. If that doesn't help, and you would like more assistance I am including a link for you to click on.
