My Samsung Stratosphere will not charge..

As the title says my phone will not charge. I have had it for only a few months and I have tried taking battery out and in and stuff like that. The battery when I take the cover off is really loose and will just fall out with a simple light jerk. I need to know what to do. I have tried different chargers and outlets.

The battery normally is a pretty snug fit. The problem might well be that the phone contacts to the battery are bent making a loose battery contact. I've never been inside a Stratosphere so I don't know exactly what you are up against. You might be able to adjust those contacts.. I don't know. You might want to check into the area where the Stratosphere people hang out. They will have a lot better idea what you might try to remedy your problem. Here is a link to that area.
