hi
I tried to search for questions regarding my issue, but it seems that no one has experienced a boot loop or i haven't made enough research in tis forum.
So I hope you understand but I am at a loss. Two years ago i purchased a tablet
suprisingly days after purchase, one can say it['s now officially in a bootloop and has been like that ever since. At times I used to take it to the repair, but only to have it reset and returned to me back ssaying it's just a software issue. I did factory reset myself with the same results, having applications crashing, every time i download a new app or updating an existing one. I was also told because I installed many apps... what is a gadget computer mbile or tablet without the fun of installing applications, and more important apps like office? do yu think many who have tablets functioning install just the system apps and that's it..... ?
mine is a samsung galaxy note 10.1, i don't know if it can be a bug in the software or something wrong with the rom. The bootloop has coloured dots also, and i was told could be some applications that crash on startup before the system enter homeescreen, well better ssay the samsung logo. could it also be a hardwar issue? The support staff told me that although they don't check tablet motherboards, faults with a tablet motherboard is rare. should i Believe them and buy a new one from another store? any advice hope to hear from you soon. sorry again for not looking furthure in the FAQ.
