My Tablet Plays a Commercial.......

.......on a loop. Which is annoying because it is wearing the battery down, even when it is 'hard' turned off!

I'd appreciate any input, any suggestion. No, I didn't do anything. I'd charged the battery and as I was unplugging it, the commercial started playing showing all the cook stuff It does. Okay. Fine and good. I didn't know I could do all that.

But I realized it is draining the battery, I got concerned.


So in a word, HELP.

Hello jbbaker. I'm sorry you are having problems with your tablet. You will want to check into the area we have for your tablet for the best support we can offer. My Bad! My Tablet is a Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7.0. I got it for Christmas 2012, so naturaly it's old....
