My tablet stucks on the logo screen

My tablet stucks on the logo screen when i start it. I tried factory reset and cleared the cache
but still not starting. My tablet is Bitmore 1060. Has android 4.2.2. What should i do?

If you've factory reset and cleared the cache, you could try reinstalling the OS from scratch, but you'd need to find the relevant files first.

Is that the exact make and model number? I can't find much on Google.

It is Bitmore TAB 1060 and there is no OS at the maker's website.

Maybe try emailing them and asking if they have firmware files. If you've factory reset, there isn't much else you can do unfortunately.
