is there anyone out there that can help me, i brought a disco 2.2 android tablet 4 months ago, it wont update and it keeps telling me something about forcing it to close. i feel like putting it in the bin

Have you taken it back to the place you purchased it? If not my first suggestion would be to check over here and see if anybody else is having the same problem Gome Flytouch 3 - Android Forums, if you can't find a solution I would then suggest returning it to the place of purchase for exchange. You may find out it is a simple fix though and be up and running in no time.
