my wifi mac address changed after reboot

Hi guys, I hv realized my wifi mac address starts like this 00:11:22... Everytime I turn on my device, the mac address changes but it still starts with 00:11:22, after that there are random numbers and characters. I wonder whether this is normal, thanks!!
 
thx for ur information but my android version is 4.1 lol, it's my spare device
It seems that window 10 has wifi hardware address randomization option, is it the same feature of android 8?

AFAIK it is the same feature, although the actual methods used might be different, Android uses Linux kernel, and Windows 10...not a clue.

I'm sure all comparatively recent OSs have it, Android, Windows, Linux, MacOS, iOS, etc. As for Android 4.1, could be something the device manufacturer implemented on their own?

Hi I think this is implemented my device manufacturer. My wifi mac changes every time when I power on my device in stock os. Despite that, my bluetooth hardware address remains constant.
