My Yureka is not loading web pages properly!

When I connect my phone through wifi all most of the web pages don't dont load properly such as facebook,youtube ,ect.
The app also don't work properly!!

Maybe the wifi is slow, or the sites are blocked? The wifi owners can block certain sites and servers from being accessed on their wifi.
