Help MyCloud/Splashtop

Okay, I've had my TF for almost a year now. I still love the thing.

I used Splashtop off and on in the last year, however in the last month I've been using it much, much more.

My issue is, no matter how many times I log on, it continually asks me to input the password. I click the check box to save the password, but it never does. It wouldn't be a huge issue if I was only using it once a day or so like previously, but now that I'm using it multiple times a day, I'm getting pretty sick of having to enter the password every single time.

Anyone else having this issue? Anyone know how to fix it, or if it's possible?

My computer is currently down, so I can't test your problem. So, speaking offhand, have you gone into the apps portion of your settings to clear the cache and data foe that app? If it's had any updates, I'd try removing those as well. Then reload the updates, log back in fresh, and cross your fingers.
