myMail Help

I have downloaded the myMail app but can't get it to set up anything but my Gmail account. When I use the Other Mail option and put in my earthlink.net address and password or my comcast.net address and password it always informs me that the user name or password is incorrect.
I'm sure I'm missing something but I can't see what it is.
Any suggestions?

According to info that the company listed in their app info on google play - here is what you need to do if you are having issues setting up your email account:

If the app fails to connect to your mailbox, please, send details, including your email address, IMAP, SMTP and POP e-mail settings direct mail to androidmail@corp.my.com. The issue will be established and your setting will be adjusted manually. Hope this helps.
