Help Mysterious no name app I can't uninstall

There's an app that appears in the All Apps section of Manage Apps on my Droid Razr that has no name, and I can't uninstall it. I can only enable or disable it. Any idea to what it might be? I have a stock Razr, not rooted on 4.1.2 .

New user and can't attach images or links in first post, will reply to this one.

I have this as well. I disabled it after I found out it doesn't start at boot. I would actually like to know what it is though. After disabling it, I've noticed a lot less lag.

I disabled it also. If you decide you want (or need) it back, how would you do this? It disappeared after I disabled it.

EDIT: I see it, it is now at the bottom of the list with other disabled apps.

By the way, I have had no problem with normal phone operation, however, I haven't tried every app. I have restarted since disabling it and everything is fine so far.

It's all the way at the bottom of the all apps list. All the disabled apps will be down there.

Thanks! Yeah, right after I posted, I found it and edited my post, just as you were posting. Anyway, I haven't found any ill effects from disabling it either.

I had that same issue...turns out I had have some app administration privileges (which is why I couldn't uninstall it)...go to settings -> security -> device administrators ->:-Dclick no name app -> manage (then take away no name app admin rights)....after you do that, you will be able to uninstall.

I had the same thing too. But just now,I removed it using this app. I used ES file explorer to uninstall that app. If you just go to "all apps" and try to uninstall it, it won't let you. It is because it has administrator privileges. ES file explorer let me know about it when i found the unnamed app and gave me the option to uninstall it. It lets you disable it and uninstall it and I finally have no more ads on my phone. This is my success story.
