Help Mystery Icon on Galaxy Edge 7

I have this little blue icon that when touched called up a small screen of shortcuts. It moves all over the screen, but I cannot delete it or hide it. Any ideas? It is a blue square with four white dots in it.

"Toolbox"
You can go into settings, select Toolbox and turn it off.
I have an S5 but should be the same except for a slightly different icon.

There is no "Toolbox" option under my settings. When I do a search on the phone for Toolbox nothing is found.

They probably call it something else now, but that's what it looks like to me.
