Mystery Icon won't go away

I have a new Galaxy S7 Edge and I can't get rid of this annoying floating icon. It's blue with four white dots and when you touch it, it opens some shortcuts like Recent Apps, Home Screen, Back. It gets in the way and I just want it gone. I cannot touch it and delete it like other icons.

wtf is that? Are you using another launcher other than Touchwiz? Like Google Launcher?

Found it! It's the Assistant Menu. If I turn it off, that button disappears!

oh under the accessibility settings, nice, something else i didn't know about this phone
