Upshot is it should. There are people that seem quite happy with it. I found it unreliable with my old Nexus One and ended up using Companion Link with Deja Office. It is a pricier alternative, but if you are looking for reliability and features, I think it's worth it. Been using it for 2 years now.

I would say, make a good backup of your Outlook data and see if MyTelephone Explorer works for you.
