Help MyTouch 4G Front Camera Issue

I recently purchased 2 used MyTouch 4g from two different people. I got them home and everything works great-except the front camera. Whenever I tap to switch to the front camera, it doesn't switch. It shows only the back camera. I tried searching, but came up emptyhanded. Any ideas?

Update, I got one to work after using Qik and updating it. The other, still no luck.
