Help N7 Only Charges While Off?

My N7 has been like this for several months now. Any fix? I may post a video on here if anyone needs it.

Are you using the charger that came with it? The 'stock' nexus charger is a 2 amp charger. A standard cell phone charger doesn't carry enough voltage to efficiently charge a n7. (They are usually between .5 & 1.1 amps)

The charger I use works on my sisters. I'm pretty sure It's just my tablet, but I don't know what.

When its on and plugged in, go to settings>battery and post a screenshot

It should say 'charging ac'

It's not charging when on.
