My previous cell phone changed the view on my Outlook Contacts. I have a new cell phone now and want my contacts to be correct before importing to my Samsung Galaxy S III.
For example, I have a contact displayed as John Smith in my Outlook Contacts with 1700 other contacts. He shows up in the Js. I want him to be under the Ss by his last name.
When I click on his contact information I see:
Full Name: John Smith
Display As: Smith, John
I have changed the settings to Last Name, First Name but it still displays as John Smith.
How can I make all contacts display views as Last name, First name permanently for all existing contacts
