Nameste, technically challenged newbie on board

Hello everyone. I hope I won't make anyone crazy, with what will, most likely, be questions that will make you wonder if I have opposable thumbs. When I read some of the questions and answers posted here I am clueless about most everything said. Please be patient and I will promise not to continually ask "Android for Dummies" questions. I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1. And that pretty much sums up the extent of my knowledge about it. I have used it primarily for checking on my ebay auctions, email, and general web searches. Haven't figured out much of anything else. I will be checking in here fairly often in hopes of gaining knowledge and insight, mostly lurking, as I am aware that people may think I'm stupid, but it is not until I open my mouth, when I confirm it. I do have a question which I will next post to, hopefully, the proper forum. Thank you in advance for your patience and any responses you may post in reply.

Welcome to Android Forums Rockrose. Do not feel intimidated by the information here. Steady wins the race and we all start at the beginning. You've chosen a great place to gain some insight into your Tab 2. The members are friendly and enjoy helping. Most of us were helped and now it's time to pay it back. It's a great atmosphere and you should pick up some interesting and informative information for you efforts. We have a designated area just for your tablet and it's owners. It's there you can spend hours reading if you so desire.. all the posts remain to be read and absorbed by others. Feel free to ask a question by starting your own thread as well.
