nancydrewthemes style?

I've always been a big fan of nancydrewthemes.com, she makes adorable themes, but only for blackberry phones.

I've been looking around for a while, but have been unlucky. Does anyone know a site where I can download themes that are similar? Sorry if this is really stupid, or pointless.

I'm sure there would be some interest here for something similar.
You may be able to find the backgrounds somewhere, try a google search for the subject with a large image search.
The icons may be harder to find. Look thru the desktop section here and maybe you will see something cute. This can be done but you will have to do it individually yourself....may not find it packaged as a theme.
