I have made Nandriod Backup of nh my stock rom 5.1.1
After rooting I flash custom Rom somehow it ends in bootloop.
So I restore my backup. .but unfortunately it also ends in boot loop.
So I again flash custom rom and then flash modem. It works fine.
So I wanna know that does I also need to flash modem when restoring my nandriod Backup?
Does nandriod Backup doesn't backup modem?
Thank-you

A nandroid only backs up ROM, kernel, apps and data. The baseband firmware (I can't bring myself to call it a "modem", because I know what that word means ;)) is not affected by a ROM flash or a nandroid restore.

Bootloop when flashing a ROM is commonly caused by not doing a factory reset (system data for one ROM being incompatible with another). Otherwise check the ROM really is compatible with the phone version you have (there are different Note 4 models).

Why you would still have a bootloop after restoring the nandroid is not obvious: that should restore the same ROM/apps/data that were working before you tried installing the ROM, so the phone should have been in the same state it was when the backup was made (since at that point you'd not made any other changes, unless there is something you've not said). You should not have to reflash the baseband if you restore the nandroid, but given that it didn't work before you changed baseband I cannot promise anything.

I should add that I'm not a Note owner, so don't know any quirks of this device. This is purely generic advice here, rather than device-specialist information.
