Root Nandroid backup for Citrus?

Anybody knows how to do a nandroid backup for this phone? Citrus is not one of the Motorola models ROM Manager/ClockworkMod recognizes and I am not sure if I can use a Droid sbf file to install SPRecovery on it... Any help would be much appreciated!

im looking to bud....closest i came was a recovery image for the xt301 which is a citrus with a different name....start there

Hmm... could not find it... Take a look here: Flashing SPRecovery SBF to Stock 2.1 - Droid Life: A Droid Community Blog.

The set up is for droid, so might not work - or could even brick citrus... but it does not need root elevation, so less of a chance?
