Root Nandroid

When doing a Nandroid backup for the second time, does it override the first backup? If I backup after I root with default stock Android, then do another when installing a morph with the Desire ROM, are both kept or is the stock delted and the Desire kept?

It doesn't overwrite the previous backup, you can have as many as you like. They can get a bit large depending on how many apps you have and whatnot so make sure your have enough space on your sdcard.
