The Asus looks nice if you are gonna watch movies and play games.
460 is way better than 540.

Tough choice. Love Asus reliability 10x over Dell & save $200. But I'll take the nVidia over the ATI/AMD all day long. So I'd find the Asus with the nVidia card. Sorry no help.
