Navigation plugged into (aux/headphone) Auto Volume Reduction is really pissing me off!!

I seriously cant find any fix for this. Can't google anything, can't find any root/app for this. I play my music on spotify, and EVERY SINGLE TIME navigation goes off in my car...i can barely hear the woman tell me my directions (she's literally whispering) because of that goddamn auto "hurting my ear crap warning" that lowers the volume...does ANYONE have a fix or know a workaround for this??

I had a problem with auto-volume but it was the reverse of what you mentioned. I was out walking after work tonight, using headphones to listen to music. I had the volume at a normal listening level, kind of medium-ish. I found some guy's paycheck still in the envelope laying on the ground by the path I was on, so I picked it up & put the address into GPS thinking I might deliver it.

The GPS kept maxing the volume & warning me about high volume levels hurting my ears.... so I had to literally hold my phone in my hand so I could be ready for a random volume increase & immediately turn it back down. Where is there a setting that says to increase the volume to maximum when using GPS?
