Not sure it is possible unless you have access to the apk file. It appears that Navigation has been incorporated into the new MAPS app.
You can try pulling the apk from GAPPS. Checke one of the following:
Google Apps - RootzWiki
Gapps - CyanogenMod
Hi, you could follow the procedure given here :- Revert back to previous version of Google Maps on Android - CNET Mobile , it will return you to Google Maps version 6.
