Navon Raptor 7' root

Hello!

I have a Navon Raptor 7' tablet and i would like to root it.
I have a two questions about it:

1.How can I root it?
-Is it software side?
-Like I don't need to care about my device just the android version?(which is 4.1.1)

2.The warranty is be left or I'll lose it?
