Does the NE2 apply when you purchase at BB?
I'd like to avoid the MIR when the Incredible is released.

Just called my local BB and multiple sales reps said they do honor the NE2 w/ VZW.
I searched multiple other forums and read mixed reviews but I did get consistency.
